why do we feel sad?

Sometimes, life just isn't going right. Friends are too busy for you, parents have their own deal, and you just don't feel like telling anyone about your problems. Or maybe you do, but there really is no one to listen to you "complaining". Well it's definately normal to feel sad, but what can you do to get over it? Especially when it seems to last forever. Well the Lord did some planning ahead, and know we must realize, how would you ever know happiness, if there was nothing to compare it too? So look at your life and wonder, is it really worth being sad about? Or should I continue being happy and just live my life. Either way, you don't have to be alone, if you want to talk, just send a message using the Reachout button in the bottom middle of the page. Just remember, the Lord loves you, and while Love is a strong word, he's always there for you, using his instruments of peace to communicate.
